I cannot believe that a year ago today myfibrohome was created. I cannot believe that I’m writing a blog post about my first anniversary?! It seems unreal! Before the blog launched, I spent literally 9 months researching, trying to think of a name and creating logo’s before I launched. Firstly, I would like to say thank you to everyone who subscribed to my blog, to everyone that has read a blog post and to everyone that has supported me on social media during this year. It was you that gave me the courage to keep going and I’ve been able to meet so many brave people who fight chronic illnesses.
Secondly, there have been times through this first year that I’ve thought about giving my blog up as I’ve not been able to post as much as I’d have liked so I do apologise for that. Therefore my aim in the second year is to post more. Please feel free to comment or message and say what you’d like to see on the blog. I always welcome any feedback and appreciate any input that you give. It’s hard to know how you come across I find.
Achievements in my first year.
In the first year I’ve set up an Instagram account, Twitter account, Facebook and Pinterest account. I’ve hosted a giveaway with some lovely businesses. In addition I’ve been a brand rep for lilslittleloves for near enough the whole year and for artbyhannahd for about half of it too. Be sure to check out both businesses as they are both amazing! Lils natural soy wax candles help me relax and Hannah’s artwork has been the finishing touch to rooms.
If you follow me on Instagram I have something exciting that I’m going to be launching tonight at 6pm for my first anniversary to help support fellow spoonies. I think it’s so important that we support one another and network. It’s also the first time I’ve seen anyone do it so I’m keen to see how it goes! Be sure to check out my instagram account at 6pm!
A short but sweet blog post to celebrate myfibrohome’s first anniversary. I really do appreciate all of the support that has been shown over this first year. Every like, every comment, every follow, every message. It’s what makes it worthwhile. I can’t pick out one highlight of the year as it has just been a whirlwind! What has been your highlight of this year? I’d love to know!
I’ve popped in my latest blog posts below for you to check out incase you missed any too 🙂
